PHILOSOPHY IN THE ARISTOTELIAN TRADITION
Through the generous support of Providence College and the Dominican Friars associated with it, I have been able to realize, together with Emann Allebban and Philip Neri Reese O.P., a series of annual meetings on philosophy in the Aristotelian tradition. These meetings began in 2016. They seek to bring together researchers in the fields of the history of ancient Greek, Arabic, Latin medieval, Byzantine and modern philosophy. At least half of the contributions to this conference are selected through blind peer review, and we particularly encourage early career researchers to apply.
In 2019, we joined forces with Christopher Shields and the University of Notre Dame’s Center for the Aristotelian Tradition, which will co-sponsor our future meetings. The programs of previous meetings may be viewed here:
